1. Environment Policy

We have genuine concern for our environment and ensure there is no wastage of water and electricity. We have installed latest computerized sewing machine equipped with servo motor which does not consume electricity in idle time. We carry out our all activities with optimal usage of resources. Protect the environment & prevent the pollution through proper management of our waste. Enhance quality, environmental, health & safety performance through continual improvement in the quality, environmental, health & safety management system.

This are some of our efforts to save earth’s resources.

2. Product Warranty

FABRO Products will warrant against defect in workmanship and material for two or one year/s depends on the products, from the date of purchase. We do not warrant against color change, light fastness or fading. This warranty is limited to repair and replacement only. This warranty will be honored only if the defective item is returned along with the original sales invoice. FABRO liability shall not exceed the replacement or repair cost of the merchandise. The product may be repaired at company discretion.

3. Modifications to the products, service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without any notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products and service without prior notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products and service

4. Returns and Exchange

We want all of our customers to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange any unused items, provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 30 days from the invoice date.

Please note that exchange will be provided usually within four weeks of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. We will exchange when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted.

We do not have any refund policy.

Please note any logistic charges incurred by returning items is belongs to customer responsibility.

6. Procurement Policy

● It is the declared policy of FABRO that, through established procedures, procured materials will conform to company QUALITY requirements.

● Suppliers will be selected based on their ability to meet the company’s requirements in terms of quality, production, delivery and cost, which will be discussed prior to acceptance of the contract.

● Selected suppliers will be entered on to a register of approved suppliers.

● Suppliers are requested to verify, by means of a verification document, that the products meet our requirements. Suppliers must include a Certificate of Conformity and Flammability Test Reports where appropriate.



● Suppliers are requested, when appropriate, to allow right of access to FABRO and our customer to evaluate the quality of service provided.

● Suppliers performance will be reviewed periodically to ensure standards of service are being maintained. Records of the reviews will be maintained and used as a basis for establishing the level of supplier controls required.

● Suppliers are requested to retain their records for a minimum of 5 years.
